A 50% pre-payment is required to secure your booking. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; otherwise, the 50% pre-payment will be forfeited. If notice is given the deposit can be transferred or refunded if rescheduled or cancelled before 24hrs of your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or a late fee may apply.
